SGJ GEMS is a manufacturer and exporter of semi-precious stone related products, such as beads, chips, cabochons, carvings, pendants, fancy cut stones, healing stones, and jewelries etc. all these products are manufactured by ourselves.
We are proud as a supplier and manufacturer of 100% natural gem stone related products. And we also are confident that we have very competitive price and reliable quality on these products.
For some clientĄ¯s special request, who would like to entrust us to execute their order which are beyond our production line, such as red coral beads, fresh water pearls, cubic zircon, catĄ¯s eye beads, sterling silver jewelry findings and settings, jewelry supplies, beads, cords, jewelry packing (boxes, bags, pouches), jewelry display and mountings., etc. we also can supply these products with reasonable price and premium quality.
2. How can I order?
We recommend clients to send us a detailed enquiry email in advance, one of our sales representative will reply with an exact quotation containing mainly aspects you want to know. Such as price, quality grade, delivery time etc.
If you can confirm with the information, and place the order, then we will send you a PROFORMA INVOICE. And after you approve the PROFORMA INVOICE and transfer 30% of the order amount, we will start the production following your requests.
You can also send us an order with your own target price. That will be much more prompt to form an order.
3. Do you have a minimum order quantity? Can I place a sample order?
Generally, our minimum order quantity will be 50 strands for beads and other products can be negotiable.
Yes, sample orders are available. For the first contact, you can place a sample order with smaller quantities to test our quality and service.
4. What will be delivery time?
For most of the orders, our delivery time will be about 18-25 days after confirm the order.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track the order at any time during the production. Our sales representative has the responsibility to let you know everything about your order.
6. What will be the payment after confirm the order?
T/T is our regular payment from overseas clients. You should T/T 30% to our bank account after confirm the order and the balance before shipment.
For our regular clients, we can accept monthly payment and other payment such as credit.
WESTUNION is the alternative payment for itĄ¯s convenience and speedy transfer.
7. How will you ship to us?
We can ship the goods by air or by sea to oversea clients.
By air, or by expressage, such as UPS, FEDEX, DHL, TNT, etc. just let us know the paid collected account. Then we will ship the goods to you directly.If you donĄ¯t have an account, then we will ship the goods paid prepaid.
By sea, you should let us know the destined shipper before the products finished. So we will have enough time to arrange for the delivery.
